I would like to encourage you to post pictures of various Rickenbacker amp models.
Below is one of the Transonic amp models standing in the RIC factory showroom in Santa Ana.

Wow, now that is an amplifier. I remember that these looked so futuristic when they first appeared on the scene. How times have changed, moving back toward more compact models.

Yes, I agree. This is only for musicians that never carries their own equipment. I play my guitars through Tonelab LE and straight into the power amp of a Peavey Bandit 212. The Peavey is about what I can accept in weight as I must carry it all by myself.

But there are as always two sides of the coin.
I wouldn't mind a wall of Vox AC 30 amps but I wouldn't want to carry them.  If I was a famous and rich artist there wouldn't be a problem at all...
